Cheap fast quiet server?

I actually DM'd them previously about purchasing this Chenbro server, but they responded with this message yesterday. Unsure if this is alarming or not?

Chenbro? I don't see any reference to Chenbro anywhere, are sure you talking about this exact server?

My bad, I was thinking of the name Chenbro at the time of typing this. I meant the Tyan server, sorry.

Looks like a very decent system. Is Tyan a no go?

60mm 1U setup is not going to be quiet.
