Cheap barebones TS440: E3 1225v3, 4GB ecc, $280 delivered

One of the better deals on this I've seen recently, bigger and better case for expansion than the well known TS140, better PSU too. I think its the same C226 motherboard, could grow this into a nice 1P media/etc server.

If you check the specs, you will see that the TS440 is a lot louder than TS140. I have each. The TS140 is silent.
