    According the link it say
Can I use SFP+ modules in an SFP slot?
Yes, a SFP+ module will work in a SFP slot at 1000Mbps speeds.

Any one know this will work or not? I want like er-x-sfp with SX6012 using sfp+ dac -> qsa adopters

    Usually this will not work.

A SFP can go in an SFP+ slot and make the slot run at 1G if the switch supports it, but usually an SFP+ doesnt work on 1G in an SFP slot.

Dual Rate 1G/10G SFP+ transceivers are meant to run a SFP+ slot on 1G. Not to be inserted into a SFP slot.
