Can ES epyc get DELL(vendor) locked?

Hello, has anyone tried using ES epyc such as ZS 32 Core in a Dell motherboard? I have checked that they can work with normal 7002 and 7003 processors and those get locked, I want to know if it also applies to ES processors.
