But cannot boot up, because have no power button, that may sound ironic.
I do not know which pins to connect to boot up. I even have no any clue which board have those pins on the SPI board, Expansion Slots, Primary Board or Backplane unit.

Thanks in advance!

Could you connect to "HPE Integrated Lights Out (iLO) Remote Server Management" via network?

Then power up the server using the iLO web interface

I have just obtained license key for 60-days trial.
Also downloaded HPE iLO for android, it requires
"iLO network address", "login" name and "password", just to be clear, I have no connected HDD/SSD and no Video Card with no OS there. I just want to be sure that I can run it? Or having SSD is crucial to make sanity check?

As I understand i need to connect ethernet cable on SPI board to my router to connect to the internet.
According to the documentation I have connected to "iLO 3 connector" the ethernet port which prior to USB ports. (see attachment)

After connection neither of indicators on iLO ethernet port do not blink (on PC they are usually blinks even if OS is not running)
During plugging both power supplies (1200 W) they are making a very little noise at start for few seconds(probably that they are connected) and also there is no green light on both of power supply unit(see attachment). Is it normal at this point?

You do not need OS , disk to use iLO.

If you are lucky, check your DHCP server to see if your frankenstein HP acquired a IP address.

In case your frankenstein HP did not acquired a IP address.

Try google "wireshark determine ip address"
Here is a youtube video on how to use wireshark to determine unknown ip address.

If you don't see any sign of network activity , troubleshoot your iLO/IPMI board.

I have to freeze this project because , there is no sign of life there, going to buy one complete 585 g7 drawer to understand its guts.
