well... finally got it boot (brought back to service) .... they did some manipulation with "jumpres" on the board with the same DIMMs.
But now I have problems with BMC (card is installed at MB connect + green link is on when WB is on)
Looks that manual has nothing about it.

BMCLED1 blinks to indicate tht the onboard BMC is functional

set all Jumpers to default first.

means BMC is not working. must be blinking

that's exactly what BIOS says (my screenshot) -> test FAILED

well. the reason was jumpers .... both -> DIMMs and BMC. Solved
