Yes, I believe I did everything needed but I might be missing. (I hope)

I configured all four qsfp+ to 1x40 by running
speed forced 40gfull
on each port.
I've also created /mnt/flash/enable3px
I've upgraded the EOS to 4.18.11M
I connected both ends of the cable to the qsft+, say 49 & 50, and still there is no link. No message is shown in the serial console also.

This is the status.
Et49/1 notconnect 1 full 40G Not Present
Et50/1 notconnect 1 full 40G Not Present
Et51/1 notconnect 1 full 40G Not Present
Et52/1 notconnect 1 full 40G Not Present

Did you check how the qsfp+ port is configured?
And before that did you use the command for enabling third party transceivers?

I had to change the configuration from 4x 10 to 1x 40 on my 7050q-16 in eos to work with the qsfp+ cables I had lying around.
