the controller(AOC-SAS2LP-H8iR) went broke with this message at the boot:
the technician changed the adapter with a new AOC-USAS2LP-H8iR, but he was unable to import the foreign configuration from backplane. We got the following message
he told me that the data are lost, so he want to proceed to create a new raid 5 array. I prefered to wait...
is it possible that the issue is related to the new controller? is the AOC-SAS2LP-H8iR compatible with the AOC-USAS2LP-H8iR?
is it possible that the technician has swapped the two cables connected to the adapter?
What can I do tomorrow? please give me your help
