Anyone able to run the Passmark Performance test for Linux? pt_linux_x64 or the legacy version? Running Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS which is supposedly tested as compatible.

It does not do anything for me. Never produces any result. Never loads the cpu or system. Also very bogus cpu clock reported as 6667Mhz. I wish.

Very poor documentation on PassMark's Performance Test. Throw everything out they write with respect to Linux.

The test does not run automatically nor take command line parameters as docs say.

You have to run it as root or sudo.

Be sure to either run it in full screen Terminal or in 80 X 43 mode so you can see the menu at the bottom of the terminal.

To run the test(s) you have to enter (A)ll (C)pu (G)pu or (M)emory. (U)pload to upload results to their database.
