Hi,

i am looking for a Full 18-36 40GbE switch or a 24-48 10GbE/ 4-8port 40GbE uplinks Switch.

which one are have a acceptable power consumption ? has anyone "real" data ?

The Mellanox 6xxx or 1xxx ones would qualify from a consumption point of view but I assume you want one which is actually affordable ;)

Around 200w... (not too much load)
Nexus 9236C and it supports 100G on all 36 ports, if you only want 10G each port can run 4x10G

93180YC-EX is also a not bad choice but only 10g/25g x 48ports with 6 x 40/100G uplink ports.

Neither of these is cheap though and I assume your looking for things more in second hand market... maybe Nexus switches below can be found used already...
9372PX 10G all ports, but I don't know power, I don't have any on monitored PDU to check.
9332PQ is 40G all ports
