Has anyone ran into any issues deploying 2012 R2? Any caveats or gotchas?
I am in in the process of deploying Server 2012 R2 and SQL Server 2012 SP1 into my production environment. I have 20+ DB servers and 30+ IIS servers.
The current environment is is 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 R2.
I am going to forklift the Data and Logs disks via VMWare to the new SQL servers, and copy the Data folders for the IIS servers.
I have currently moved the Dev and Test environments this way which went very smoothly.
