Amber16 benchmark on 1028GQ-TXR and 4 P100SXM2 GPU

    NOTE: Based on my testing amber scales with 1, 2 or 4 GPU because it needs peer to peer in balance
    mode. I tried 3 and 5 GPU setup on other machines and got a very disappointing result.
