In one cpu configuration it takes in 12 slots. Do you know what the going rate is for used 4gb dimms and 8gb dimms. Someone reached out to me for $50 in bulk for 8gb. Are 4gb going to be cheaper than 25$ if you are buying 24+. Also any site were I could buy used memory from or just keep looking at ebay...

I think they are usually DDR3-1333 for the E5 processors but according to the Intel ARK its DDR3-800/1066/1333/1600.

With the 1366 and 2011 boards I have played with I have not run in to much issue even mixing ram. (I have one Dual 5520 system with 6x4GB and 2x2GB and it runs fine).

It's almost cheaper to buy an older HP with 72gb or 144gb then buy the memory outright for about 20$ for 4gb and 50$ for 8gb dimms...

I bought after the "prime" deal. Mine is showing it left FedEx on the 13th. Deliver estimate was supposed to be today but it is not showing as "out for delivery".

No it does not.

It appears the card is licensed for Raid 5 and Raid 6 though

Picked mine up yesterday, can confirm that the Rails came with it and the Raid card (FRU 03x3744 [LSI MegaRAID SAS 9260-8i card]) was indeed included. Also came with the FRU03t8872 TPM module.

The second PCI-E Riser card was also installed but CPU#2 is need to use it, a heat sink for CPU2 was not included. Powered it on and performed the BIOS and BMC updates last night from the web console, overall the system exceeded my expectations on how quiet it would be when idle. Can post pictures later is anyone wants
