Plex doesn’t yet have decent support for 11th gen and up iGPU QSV. Supposedly it is coming “soon.”

I don't have such a recent system myself, but a user on ServerBuilds forums reports success getting Plex to use QSV on an i7-11700 for transcoding under Ubuntu 21.04.
Building a own NAS is going a bit further into the future just got my hands on a second hand HPE Microserver Gen8 with a 1265L and 16GB of RAM and a noctua fan 
Need to fix the janky connection between the HP 6 pin and the 4 pin fan connector the wire are just jammed into the 4 pin and are loose... A colleague is going to solder this for me But I was searching for the correct pin-out for this with pwm control for the speed but there are lots of different diagrams on this does someone have experience with this?
