Do you have a recommendation on a good SNMP based monitoring service?
I found that now I have a bit too many connected devices in the house, sometimes weird issues would require me to login to various things like switches, servers, and some connected stuff to look at their stats and logs. I know that SNMP would be the technology used in datacenters, and you can build dashboards out of its data. But I've only touched paid services which won't make sense to me.
Is there good solution that could achieve something similar? I imagine there could be a server hosted on some low powered hardware, which takes in all the SNMP telemetry data and stored in a database, and there's an web UI to visualize things.
