Too good to pass up. Heck, it's getting close to the point where it'd be possible to switch from hybrid rust to flash for my lab...
Absolutely all my active data is on flash, that’s everything , the only still still spinning is backup.

One reason I hope cheaper low power sata ssd’s don’t go away, for a while I see they have a future as mostly read only data or even backup

Nice. I wish the 960GB would come back there. That was a killer deal, and I didn't realise just how good at the time. Would've ordered more back then.

Note that there is a new firmware released for these. well, new since the deal we bought them. They came with DOMU051 and there is now DOMU081

There is hope. These drives came after the 2018 Christmas s630DC fire sale (800gb SAS3 SSD for $100 for example). Seems they are always clearing out stock at some point.
