Could some one please post output of "sudo lspci | grep -i nvme" I just want to compare mine. I got some problem with Intel P4608 disks, connected three in raid0 but having slow speeds.
Mine showing x4 speed for three disks

@Damo, thanks! Well, seems your disk also using x4 lanes, i set x16 for pci slots, however disks controllers requesting x4. It might be a problem with my raid0 setup then.

Doesn't each card have 2 controllers? i.e. each getting x4 link is what I would assume being the case.

@Puppetfreek, yeap you right, there are 2 controllers on each disk. That's why no difference between mine and Damo's figures. I'll try to tweak chunk sizes and recreate raid0 as disk based, not a partition based as they currently made.

@Damo, could you please test the write speed of your disk with "
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/YOUR/MOUNTPOINT/testfile bs=1M count=10240 conv=fdatasync

"
Mine 3 disks in raid0 producing 1.2 Gb/s and if i test 1 disk in raid0 it showing 920 mb/s.
