If these were a seller on here where you could ask questions or whatnot and get the real story, you could assess your risk better.

But in ebay 'anything goes', so you could be facing a fight if they are some sort of scam.

Samsung gives life time warranty so I ram should be easy to replace if realy bad. There is the opportunity that the seller did not test it correctly used motherboard that does not support lrdimm $400 too much to gamble on this

Except Samsung does not sell RAM to consumers, so you will not get any warranty support from them.
