It appears to be a corporate grade client disk.

The 2.5" version have been reviewed by anandtech, in the comments the review author states that the version he reviewed (and I see no reason why it would be different for the m.2 version) does not have power loss protection.

I am pretty sure I have a couple of these in 256gb 2.5" form. I can check is mine are x300 or x300s but they are so terrible they are just stored. Write performance after the cache is consumed is horrible.
