I hope this is a good enough deal. The seller auto accepted my offer of $300 shipped for (5) 200gb HUSSL4020ASS600, so you might be able to go lower. These are apparently working EMC pulls which I believe are similar to the 400gb deal a few months ago. Even at $60 a piece these seem like a deal (baring they don't have PBs of writes of course :p).

LOT OF 5 HITACHI EMC 200GB ENTERPRISE 2.5" SSD HUSSL4020ASS600 - P/N: 0B24935

4 sets remaining as of this post.

Thanks for sharing your deals, hopefully this will be useful to someone.

I have received mine. Those have been the best packaged drives I have ever received. Haven't tested the drives yet and it will take me about 5 minutes to unwrap them all.

Mine came in as well. Same great packaging and the drives look almost new physically. Won't test them for a couple of days until I stuff my blades.

I am glad to report my findings via a quick smartctl -a readout.

All my five have hours between 29143 - 29287 hrs. Most likely to come from a single source.

The best part is the usage. 2 had 12.8TB read, 9.3TB write. The remaining 3 had 9.8TB read and 7.7TB write.
And the listed endurance is 18PB for the 200GB model. So the usage, from the 'highest used', was 1.2TB / 18000 TB, roughly 0.07% of the expected life span.

@raileon you got a heck of deal for $50 each x 10. Enjoy your drives!

Correction -- 18PB is for write, so 9.3TB / 18000 TB is about 0.05% usage. Practically not even a scratch on the surface.

DAMN I LOVE THESE DRIVES! The 100/200 GB models are my 'de-facto' go-to drive for ZFS hybrid arrays for caching, for ZIL they work DAMN well so say's my 6 disk seagate 5400rpm 2.5" drives/pool :-D

Truth be told though, I will be in HOT water if the wife see's me swooping up anymore of these so it's a good thing you guys snagged them all. hah

I just bought 3 of the HUSSL4010ASS600 100gb @ $50 ea. Not the greatest deal perhaps, but ok for me if they work OK as a ZIL.

Seller pixie1101 still has 2 left.
