2.5GbE + PoE + 10 Gbps SFP+ in one device?

Hey all - I am using a whacky combo of an Arista 7124SX as my core, a Cisco 3048 for 1 GbE, a Meraki MS220-8P for PoE, and then one of the cheap 2.5 GbE switches STH recommended for my desktops that uplink to the 7124SX over SFP+.

Is there a 2.5 GbE/PoE 12-24 port switch with SFP+ uplink capability all in one unit? I'd like to collapse everything and my Cisco 3048 just randomly panicked after like 7 years of uptime.

Second this - I need this too. Only requirement, no more than 16 ports, 8 ports preferable (they can be also 1GbE, but SFP+ port is a must).

Yes, different enterprise vendors have switches like that but they are expensive.

Qnap QSW-M2116P-2T2S could be an option. But it's not cheap. There are some infos here and here. Second thread is also mentioning a DrayTek model. And there are others of course.
