Not sure why you think it will need bifurcation.

It's a PCIE 2.1 x4 card, which means it will work on anything from a decade ago (sandy/ivy bridge) with an available x4 slot.

Its Realtek 8125b - not super desirable these days vs i225v. Makes using it for pfSense/OpenSense troublesome.

Agree with @zack$ that is won't require bifurcation but that means it has a small PCIe switch on it, which means it will be difficult to use as a "passthrough" device on Proxmox or ESXi. Since it is RTL8125b there is no hope of SR/IOV either.

All in all I'd say its probably expensive for what you get from it.
