Have not been following prices on these, but does not sound bad considering I sold 1620's for €200 last year or so...

Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 3.5GHz 15MB 5GT/s SR20J LGA2011-3 6 Core CPU [Grade: Fair] | eBay

Put in an offer for 80/2, will see what happens;)

Edit: ok, these are the worst looking ones - they have grade B also for a few bucks more.
But if they are tested, and sold working and PP protected - I dont care how they look;)

FWIW-- I just received a package from this seller. I ordered 3 "fair grade" 2697v2's, and only one of them has a small gouge on the top. The other two look really good on the top and all 3 look very good on the bottom.

They countered with 115... too much for me with ta & p&p overseas, but maybe someone else can use them

For some reason people don't really like these chips, eventhough they probably are in some aspects the best price/perfomance. Strange.

Picked one up from another seller for $100 - really think it's cheap even if it is an older chip:)

Although not as cheap, E5-2678 V3 has come down in price to ~$160 range for listings here in US. Not on ARK but I believe little slower turbo than e5-2680V3. Otherwise mostly similar

looks like these are getting phased out, good for us (now that ddr4 prices are at a more manageable level)

Im finding 16gb 2133p ECC @ 45 $ per dimm and 2678v3 @ 125$, have to pay 21% extra at customs but should be good price still?

125? nice
and yes I'd think thats quite good (memory too).
You need somebody in Luxembourg to import the stuff and redistribute, they only have 17% VAT ...
