I upgraded to single socket 8259CL (210w Tdp) and I have to set the minimum fan to 40% in BIOS to make sure it's cool in the summer. For some reason I couldn't see the sensor temp status under ESXI 8.0.

They only have factory re-certified 14TB SATA drives. I ordered 2 last week it was on sale @$117 USD, now it's back to $127. The ones I got having recertifed labeled on Mar 2023 with 0 power on.

Got it thanks, the tester is super handy. I learned a hard way not all ATX cables are equal even with the same brand(EVGA). (I burned 3 hard drives with wrong ATX -> SATA powercable before, the pin on PSU side are different between two models.)

I'm able to mod the VRM to use high power CPU(8259cl) by following the guide. It feels like the heat sink for dual CPU config might not be able to cool 8259CL efficiently. I might switch to single CPU with a larger heat sink.
