Both S2P_3B04 and S2P_3B08.08 are able to boot into BIOS setup and the OS?

It was S2P_3B04 when I received it, you shall able to upgrade from S2P_3B04 to S2P_3B14.02, have you flashed S2P_3B04 via BMC? And can it boot up? Try using Win PE/Ubuntu USB disk to upgrade from S2P_3B04 to S2P_3B14.02, if S2P_3B04 is able to boot up after flashing via BMC.

Have you tried to flash the old BIOS 3B04 via BMC? Which was released in 2016 and still exists on qct website.

Same server model, tried the BIOS 3B14.02 provided by Gongman66, thanks, already upgraded to 3B14.02 from 3B04 and it works, the steps: 1) Boot by WinPE 11 x64 USB disk 2) Run "BIOS_win64.cmd" directly, it warns "maybe not the right version for this motherboard", anyway, continue to flash...
