Update: I managed to snag the 2 400gb 3700's for $500.

So I am looking at picking up 2 400gb S3700 drives with fairly low hours/total writes (1500hrs with 850gb of total host writes) and I was wondering at what price would be they be considered a good deal/decent price. Thanks

It appears the software is Dell specific called "Dell Active Fabric Controller". Could be really expensive to get a hold of the software.
