Finally I got the IP address using Ethereal. Got a logon prompt for IPMI. But of course the reseller had changed the default username / password.... ADMIN / ADMIN do not work. At least I know that IPMI is working. But looks like I have to buy a V3 CPU.

Unfortunately I do not have access to IPMI. The company I bought it from on eBay do not know the IP address for IPMI. And since the server will not boot then I cannot get access to update the BIOS.

I suspect that the BIOS version is too old to support my E5-2650L V4 CPU. Supermicro suggests to test with a E5-2600 V3 CPU. Unfortunately I do not have access to a E5-2600 V3 CPU. Have to buy one....
