I do not have much experience with SAS cables and do not know which one to buy....
Which cable shall I use to connect my X10SRH-CLN4F motherboard to the SAS backplane in my SC743 chassis? My motherboard has 2 SAS 12Gbs connections.

Finally I got the IP address using Ethereal.
Got a logon prompt for IPMI. But of course the reseller had changed the default username / password.... ADMIN / ADMIN do not work.
At least I know that IPMI is working. But looks like I have to buy a V3 CPU.
I have tried Wireshark, Avanced IP scanner and Ethereal. But could not find the IP address for IPMI.
Tried from my Ubnt EdgeRouter Lite and could only find this:
fe80::225:90ff:fefe:c735 dev eth0 lladdr 00:25:90:fe:c7:35 STALE
The mac address is correct. But I don´t know if I can connect to...
Unfortunately I do not have access to IPMI.
The company I bought it from on eBay do not know the IP address for IPMI. And since the server will not boot then I cannot get access to update the BIOS.
I suspect that the BIOS version is too old to support my E5-2650L V4 CPU. Supermicro suggests to test with a E5-2600 V3 CPU.
Unfortunately I do not have access to a E5-2600 V3 CPU. Have to buy one....
Please can you advice what I´m doing wrong?
During the last months I have bought hardware for my new server. CPU, motherboard and memory used on eBay. CPU cooler and chassis are new.

Do you know if Supermicro x10srh-cln4f can use 32 GB DMTA36ASF4G72PZ-2G3B1IK ???
They are not on the supported memory list at Supermicro. But maybe they will work anyhow?
