I have a OI+nappit setup with Crashplan installed on OI for cloud backup of my zfs pool. Everything works great except after reboot. So basically before reboot Crashplan will report that everything is backed up. After reboot it will show that less than 25% is backed up and will proceed to back everything up again.

I am thinking that something is happening to the ZFS pool during reboot that makes crashplan think all the files have changed. Any ideas?

I have not had this problem. I have Crashplan installed on OI in my AIO with about 1.5tb of data backed up.

I do not restart often. Last time I restarted was last month and I was at about 90 day uptime at that point. From what I remember it had to research everything which took a while but it didn't back everything up again.

Are you backing up a lot of smaller files or really big ones?
