What Chassis is this?

Supermicro 2U Chassis 24 X 2.5 Drive Tray eSATA SAS Storage Array Case Enclosure

Seller does not know what model this is. Nor does he know if it has an expander/SAS2 configuration.

Does anyone know if it has SAS 2, and can support a LSI 9210-8i Controller?

Or if these Chassis are trash?

Looks like an sc216 w/ a EL1 backplane, it's sas2 but expander version looks like to me.
