There are no U.2-compatible backplanes available for the CSE-825 chassis (I just looked at this myself this weekend, they are only available for CSE-826). You'll have to mount the U.2 drive in one of the non-removable-bays at the top of the chassis (there are two of them), and use a suitable pair of power and data cables to connect it. PCIe low-profile cards work fine in that chassis, that's what the 'LP' in the model number means :)
