Unraid Server upgrade Help

I am currently running an unraid server with the following components and am looking into upgrading whatever is needed to better manage 4k/HEVC/H.265 plex stream with surround sound/atmos.

• Supermicro SC846E16-R1200B chassis, dual PWS-920P-SQ PSU, and BPN-SAS2-846EL1 SAS2 Expander backplane
• 3x Noctua NF-A8 PWM fans,
• 3x Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-3000 PWM
• Supermicro X9DRi-LN4F+ dual socket LGA2011 motherboard (4x Intel i350 1GBe ports and 24 DIMM slots)
• 2x E5-2670 (SR0H8)
• 2x Supermicro SNK-P0048P CPU Coolers
• 128GB Memory (16x 8GB PC3L-10600R DIMM)
• 1x Supermicro SAS2308 (pcie 3.0) SAS2 HBA (flashed to IT mode, fw 20.00.04.00)
• ~160TB under Unraid's

I generally run the following dockers and would like to start running a few windows/linux VMs if possible.

• Plex
• NPM
• PiHole
• Deluge
• Jellyfin
• Booksonic
• Duckdns
• Lidarr
• Navidrome
• Overseerr
• PMM
• Radarr
• Sonarr
• Tdarr
• NZBGet

I'm looking to stream about 5x streams at the most with usually 2-3 streams at a time. Something that would decrease power consumption would be great as well. I would like to stay around $1000 if possible for the upgrade but am willing to spend a little more in order to reduce future upgrades.

If all you really care about is improved 4k streams and transcoding, etc, I would add an Nvidia RTX 4000. They cam be had for under $500 these days. Its not a consumer card, so you arent limited to 2 streams either.
