I think, that most of this PSU are 120/240V based.

HP ProDesk 600 G2 should have Q150 chipset (Intel AMT should be possible). Dell Iptiplex 3050 Micro has B250 Chipset, so no AMT.

I've been buying Skylake TMM desktops since over a year ago (before 2020) -- my first few purchases were EliteDesk 800 G2s for way less than $150, so I'm not sure if these are particularly great deals

If you're willing to sit around for a bit and watch for saved searches, I'm sure you'd be able to find much better deals -- like Coffee Lake desktops for $200-250, or Skylake/Kaby Lake desktops for $100-150. I've purchased for-parts machines for <$80 and barebones for $30ish too.

You could also dig around for BIN listings -- I just saw a listing for 800 G2s with an i5-6600 (65W TDP) + 8GB RAM for $140. No AC adapter or storage though, but that should be fine if you don't have a use for 128GB SSDs and are able to find AC adapters for cheap. But it's still not a particularly good deal IMO.

As for the OptiPlex 3050s -- they use Realtek NICs, so you might want to keep that in mind. I also personally don't like the (older, lower-end?) OptiPlexes since they feel a little less solid than the EliteDesks, but otherwise they're still pretty decent. I've yet to try the newer Dell/Lenovo TMM stuff, so I can't comment on those

Also, if you want a second NIC on your EliteDesks/ProDesks, there are sellers on Taobao that sell two-part Intel/Realtek NICs comprising a key A/E M.2 module and a separate port that fits into where the Flex IO modules usually sit. (4-port NICs are probably available too, but they don't look as clean -- the Ethernet ports are housed in a separate case, with a cable running out from the desktop into the case)

Anyone knows if those ProDesk AC PSUs are 120/240 or 120V only?
They're like typical HP laptop power adapters, all of them should be 120/240V

In the month of April and May.

I couldn't stop buying HP mini G4 and Dell mini 7060 7070, with I5-8500t or I5-9500t.
Price were between $175 to $240, system with 16gb ram and 256gb SSD are over $200.
CPU price alone is worth $120-$140 each.

My memory lost count of how many units I have brought. I am too lazy to do physical inventory now.
I may have brought over 10 units.
I still search HP mini G4 and Dell mini x070 sometimes late night.
