Ok, this is what I'm planning to build as my next home server. I do have most of the parts already on my hand, except 2x of the 8GB RAM sticks, the 4GB RAM Stick and the Mini 4Pin to Dual SATA Power Cable

Update:
I'll probably get a WD Black SN750 SE 500GB and a Low Profile dGPU (Either a GTX 1650 GDDR6 or a RX 550 4GB) for a Windows 11 VM, so yeah, I'll go with Proxmox
