Supermicro X10SRH-CF-O
In stock at Amazon for $30-$60 cheaper than most retailers right now. I picked one up a few weeks ago when it was briefly listed at $176 and turned it into a 2012 R2 Hyper-V server. It's a nice board, but DDR4 ECC is still pricey. It uses E5 v3 Xeons - the cheapest I could find for my 'budget' build was a 6 core with no hyper-threading for about $220.
