I've got a variant of a Supermicro CSE-512 (Onesign OS201) in service as a PFSense box. See pics here: [Guide] Spice up your rack with these stylish & sexy chassis for your pfSense build!
It got the same PSU in it (Supermicro PWS-0055).
I'm trying to get a handle on power consumption in my lab, so I'm looking for a power supply that can utilize the PMBus connector on the X9 motherboard currently in there.
I just ordered a PWS-341P-1H for a different chassis, but I'm not sure if it would fit in an CSE-512.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a different power supply? Or a confirmation that the 341P would fit?
