STH forums update

All,

Brought the forums down this evening for a few seconds. It turns out Friday and Saturday evenings are not the biggest times for STH so I decided to pull the trigger. Nothing bad, I just had a set up updates I wanted to do.

Hopefully the next iteration of http/2 STH forums will not incur this downtime. Re-architect scheduled for that iteration. For now, still small bits of downtime.
