I have a program continuously write data to the SSD at around 50-200kbytes per second. I am wondering whether such non-stop 24/7 continuous writes are going to significantly impact the life span of the SSDs.

The concerned SSDs are enterprise class SSDs with pretty high write endurance rating (P3700), I will probably never hit its write endurance, just concerned about the 24/7 non-stop writes part.

Any experience to share? Thanks!

Nope, your workload shouldn't have a large impact on the lifetime of your ssds. They are made for workloads were you fill up the drive 10 times per day for 5 years (or writing with ~48mb/s for at least 5 years non stop).
