X10SRH-CF uses Broadcom 3008, X10DRH-CT - 3108. You will need an external SAS3 3008 card if you want to use truenas on X10DRH-CT.
Why is that? Does TrueNAS not have the right drivers for it? The 3108 is dual personality: You don't need to flash it to IT mode. Just put it in HBA mode. There should be an option called "Make JBOD" or similar on the controller's configuration screen.

I personally was unable to enable HBA mode with this motherboard. Maybe, I haven't tried hard enough (I'll try again).
In opposite, I have a DELL Perc H330 card which is flashable to IT mode, but I was able to put it in HBA mode without flashing. This was a surprise to me.
I used to own a X10DRH-CT that I put the latest raid controller firmware on (available on Supermicro's websites if I remember correctly). Ran ZFS on linux on it after putting it in JBOD mode. No issues with ZFS or SMART attributes or anything like that. Recently upgraded to an EPYC based system, but the X10DRH-CT served me well.
Maybe I was wrong but the seller seems to have listed a few more units with a new link and higher price tag.

Mine did not come with the rear drive cage. I found one on eBay minus the caddies for $50. Most are around $100.
received my X10DRH-CT. Came fully locked with a BIOS and ipmi password. In addition an unknown ipmi ip address. 
Found a nice little tidbit of info that allowed me to correct both problems. When you clear the CMOS you get one free pass into the BIOS. If you screw it up you'll have to re clear the CMOS and try again. Once in the BIOS you can set the ipmi address to DHCP (or whatever you prefer). You can also flash the BIOS to clear the password if you have a license key. I went ahead and flashed from a USB key and thus cleared the BIOS password.

I probably wouldn't buy them expecting that to 100% be guaranteed, as noted by the fact many people got these with/without cages, and I even one got with a sas 2 backplane, and between the two I got, one of them had the longer PDU cables and one had the shorter.
WB is also likely to come with a WIO window, as opposed to a LP window, so you would need diff mobos. Should be swappable, but just another part to buy.

Yeah the 132 auctions ays BAC4, but the photo says E1C, and I order twice and got E1C.
If it comes with the 920sq and is in good shape im happy.
