"Seeker" 8x2.5G 4x10G SFP+ managed switch

I've started seeing these on AliExpress:

the 4x SFP+ and VLAN support seems like this would be great for a home distribution switch. Anyone tried these? Are they the same Realtek chips as the Hasivo etc... single SFP ones?

This one is more expensive when you factor shipping to the US, $74 vs $21. Other than that, seems like the same hardware.
