everytime you post a WTB or similar, scammers will contact you here btw, but its fairly obvious

An obvious thing to do is to ignore all new users unless they are willing to throw money at you no questions asked.
There's always these guys that have "each and everything" (as seen on Kitboga TV) posting their emails.
