I spotted this on EBay. I have bought from seller before and he sent me an older Sandisk Lightening drive than the 6Gb/s that was shown on EBay listing. This is a newer 12 Gb/s SAS model.

Listed as 'new other' and going by the definition of condition: 'The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

Seller has a 6 Gb/s version available for $199

SANDISK Lighting Ultra Gen II use 19nm SLC NAND & 25DWPD.

Here is 400GB inside photos. 16GB X 48 NAND = 768GB RAW

NB. This looks like to be an earlier model than the 25 DWPD.
Model numbers differ to the Lightening 11 drive.
Check the last 4 digits of model number 'SC20' compared to picture '5Ca1'
I could not find anything on 'sc20' model on Google.
Cheers.

5C40 means EMC OEM.
5C14 means HP OEM.

So that is OEM code, I am not sure about 5C20.
