Potentially interesting deal

Here is one that I saw earlier today. SanDisk Lightning lb406s for $449 OBO. These are the SLC drives.

But 34nm SLC NAND so they have some great endurance.

At $449 I might pass. If these were significantly less expensive, then maybe interesting. Seller has sold quite a few on best offer.

These are certainly a bit risky, but are interesting if you could get them inexpensively.

I saw one of these go for just over $200 that I was eyeballin' like a hawk yesterday. Was a 2011 model so I'm sure had some life on it but these should be good for years to come I'd imagine. I passed as my budget is hurtin' currently although these do look like a good SSD dataset pool if you can afford to pickup 4-8 at a time...too rich for my blood :-D
