Need help with POST Codes

I just put the 24 pin into the 24 pin slot and the 8 pin CPU in to the 8 pin slot next to it.

forget the PSU plugs. no POST code with PCIe to EPS, this makes a short circuit.
get RDIMM if you don't have.

No desktop ram... just because it fits... while we are at it, you did put 12v Aux 8pin not pcie 8pins into the mobo right?

It should work but there has been some discussion about EPYC processors having poor support for LRDIMM.

I would, but I honestly don't have any more that I can spend on this project.

Have you tried re-installing the CPU, clearing CMOS, reseating memory, booting with only one module?

Can you post some photos of the board and any installed memory modules?

Certainly not listed as supported. Were you trying to reuse these from another project?

AFAIK LRDIMM and supermicro is a no go. its not a EPYC issue.
but cheap LRDIMM 2133 can be worn out RAM with issues.
