Motherboard question about making a firewall

I am interested in building out a OPNsense or PFsense firewall and was curious if there were any bare bone systems that would support an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X. I literally have one sitting in a box.

What do you mean by "barebones systems"? An OEM box that you could put your chip in and use from like an Lenovo or something?

Something like "Kingnovy-enrutador de Firewall AMD NAS, 4 LAN, Ryzen 7 5825U" from Aliexpress, but where I could insert my unused CPU.
