Yes, that will work. You may want to take a look at the splitters though. They're probably 900Mhz or possibly 1Ghz. Ideally for MoCA you'd use 1.5Ghz splitters, but the 900 or 1ghz should work.

So in order to get the best out of it, i should replace the splitters with stronger ones such as theese : ?

MoCA adapters usually will have a passthrough port so you can eliminate some of the splitters, or at least move the MoCA "upstream" from the splitter (looking at splitter #2 on your diagram).
