Anyone have a contact at Micron for support?
We have 6x Micron 5100 1.92Tb that keep dropping off the bus. All 6 SSDs have dropped out of different servers over the past year. About 1 drive drops per month or two. Pulling and re-inserting the drive brings it back online but when they drop out they throw errors on the cluster and cause other problems.
I have emailed Micron Support several times though the support link on there website and they never responded.
Last time I got support from Crucial, but this time they are refusing to assist.
It is really messing up our S2D cluster and we need help. Anyone who has a contact at Micron please let me know.
