does anyone have any details on mellanox's latest nic cards? I have seen their "datasheet" on their website but it doesn't give too much detail. I ran across a few of these cards for sale but didn't know how to use the mellanox magic decoder ring for their part #s.

What specifically are you looking for?

Which card is which speed is visible in the specifications, 5 and 6 indicate 1& 2 ports as always;
so
CEAT - 100G
VEAT - 200G
WEAT - 400G

Specifications are missing for one card, but its a -5 WEAT, so single port 400G ...

The datasheet has all the capabilities buzzwords - what else do you need?;)

Edit: Ah I see, two are -AC, two are a -AS. No idea;)

Any (hidden) differentiation for lines 181-3 ? or internal mumbo jumbo to keep the sales ppl busy?

Nah, in the original pic lines 181-83 were almost the same SKU, MCX623436A with -N/-E/-C ending but no discernible difference;)

thanks for everyone's feedback. I was able to sort out some of my questions, like what is the difference between the AC and AS variants.
AC=crypto and secure boot support, AS= no crypto but secure boot. Also which skus support socket direct, etc.

MCX715105AC-WEAT NVIDIA ConnectX-7 Ethernet adapter card, 400 GbE , Single-port QSFP, PCIe 5.0 x16 with x16 PCIe Extension option (Socket Direct ready), Crypto and Secure Boot, Tall Bracket

One thing I still haven't found out yet, is any current driver support info. I will assume that there probably won't be any vmware support until the ga release sometime in june.

Let me know if anyone needs the full connectx-7 skus with detailed descriptions.

It was a (too) subtle hint to add it to the Resources section;)

It doesnt look complete though - there is no 400G dual port non OCP card in it ... unless i missed it?
