LSI 2308 samsung 850 PRO

I wanted to buy a server and he has Motherboard Supermicro X10SL7-F with raid controller LSI 2308 and I think to buy to do this platform 2 SSD samsung 850 PRO and set them in raid hardware 1

Please any information if there are any problems with this configuration especially if the hard drive is running on this controller?
Or may be better chose is Samsung 840 PRO ?

Well if hard drives are running on the controller you want read-ahead,write-back caching.

for SSD you want NO READ-HEAD, WRITE-THOUGH,DIRECT caching options.
