logging to main server

So i need help logging to my main server.

i stopped working with my networking guy and he has given me server login info and said this

ffhyper is logged into the hyper-v host server and the main virtual server. The main virtual server "ff-server" is where all the software is installed. login info is same for both.

when i type my credentials, i can directly login to ffhyper but can't login to "ff-server" where programs are installed and how do i login to main server remotely and what info should i ask him for logging to my main server, he is being a jerk and not helping alot.

Sounds like you may not have the same login info for both servers.

He says that its the same login info for both but i don't know where i am going wrong where i does login, it takes me to Virtual server.

I'd expect this person to get you into the server.

If it is not a DC or part of it, you could change the password offline by mounting the disk of the VM. Sounds like you have to change the passwords regardless.
