This PSU has 2 8 pin CPU connectors for powering a dual CPU MB. It works nicely for putting a SM server board in a tower case or non SM case. It has standard mounting holes but is a little longer than a standard ATX PSU. And it's whisper quiet. I've used these in a couple of frankinbuilds and they work great. Only downside is it has no 4 pin white Molex connectors. But SATA to Molex adapters are readily available.
